Qualification Requirements:

Looking for someone with:

  • High School Diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of GDS System (preferably Amadeus); having IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course certification is a plus
  • Good computer skills and typing speed
  • Strong communication abilities in both English and German
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights
  • Open to relocating to Doha, Qatar.


  • Answer customer questions about Qatar Airways services in a polite and helpful manner, and suggest additional products.
  • Book and adjust reservations, give price estimates, and issue tickets.
  • Manage various services and pass on complex issues to higher authorities when needed.
  • Assist with online sales, trade partnerships, and loyalty programs.
  • Handle ticket refunds correctly.
  • Complete 5 weeks of classroom training and 4 weeks of on-the-job training when starting.
